seven years.

this monday brandon and i celebrated seven years. well, we didn't real celebrate...yet.

we have dinner reservations at a super fancy place...in october. like the end of october.

seriously. i called at the beginning of september, thinking that it was early enough. nope.

so we'll be celebrating in october.

seven years. it's pretty sweet.

i'm realizing there is a major lack of pictures of brandon and i together. pictures of p and m...no problem...us...major problem. so if you see us together, take our picture, please. so it at least looks like we exist ;)

three months.

(i should probably post this before madalyn is 4 months!)

ahh! where is the time going? madalyn is already 3 months (as of when the pictures taken). she is growing and changing sooo rapidly! 

her new discovery this month were her hands! they are always in her mouth lately.

or she's sticking out her tongue :)

she loves to watch her big brother run around.

she is a talker! in the morning she coos, screeches, giggles to her hearts content!

two.

well, it's official. parker is two.

we celebrated this kid over and over and over again.

in fact, he asks post-dinner, " special treat, mama? cupcake? me birfday?"

nice try, kid. 

it's been done three times ;)

i attempted our normal photo shoot...

 and failed.

 twice.

we hosted a small bday party once we were back in seattle. i made elmo cupcakes!

 must concentrate on blowing out the candle :)

 cheezzz...this kid. cracks. me. up.

facts about the two year old:

-about 31 pounds

-almost 35 inches tall!

-loves his "blankie" and "smaafer"

-anything to do with cars, trucks, fire engines he's all over it

-can count to 4 (although he did recently count to 13!)

-spell his name "PR parker"

things he says:

vacation. part two.

after a week and half in michigan, we made our way over to illinois for some time with nana and papa! it was great! aunt allysha, uncle andy and lincoln were there as well so it was a full house, full of fun :)
